Looking for someone to take over my room close to Mayo FL starting Oct

This is a furnished 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment (so you will have your own private bathroom). The other 2 people are researchers at Mayo with very good manners and living habits.

We divide the rent and amenities (water, electricity) equally between the 3 of us, which comes to about $750/month for everything.

The apartment has it's own kitchen, washing & drying machine.

Access to pool and gym.

About 30 minutes walking distance from Mayo Clinic. About 15 minutes with a bycicle (what most people do) and around 5-10 minutes by driving.

Close to grocery stores (15 minutes walking), bus stops, and the beach.

Room available from October until late April 2026, but can be extended if necessary.
