I believe I can help you. Modern studio, kitchen appliances included (new). Air conditioning/heating. Internet available at a small price as well. Option for 12 month lease or less. Building has a gym and garage. Around 1300-1400 monthly

Hello, if you have any wiggle room on your budget, I have availability in my apartment for $875 a month plus $65 utilities. You’d get your own bathroom.
