Looking for roommate, Rochester, downtown

My current roommate will be leaving Rochester this November, and I’m looking for someone to share my 2B2B apartment.

• Rent: $850/month + half of utilities and renter’s insurance ( about $50/month in total). There are no additional fees.
• Parking: One indoor parking spot included.
• Furnishings: Fully furnished—bed, sofa, etc. already provided.
• Laundry: In-unit washer.
• Location: My apartment (Rochester Towers) is very close to all Mayo Clinic buildings. Nearly all Mayo buildings are within 5 mins walk.

@worldplayground Yes, it is still available. But this apartment is located downtown, right across from Baldwin Building. It’s very close to the Mayo Building, and comparatively it’s a bit farther from St. Mary’s—walking would take about ten minutes. You can also take the Mayo employee shuttle.
