Need an apartment for a month near Mayo Clinic Phoenix Arizona

I am a medical student and will be rotating at Mayo Clinic Arizona from April 6-May 1 and will be needing an affordable apartment close by for my mom and I. Can be 1 or 2 BR, preferably with kitchen essentials enough for cooking

We don’t prefer shared spaces for rooms/kitchen/bathroom, if the only shared space is laundry that is ok
