Where can I get a map of Park and Ride locations? After orientation do we get an ID that will let is ride or is this at our cost? What is the cost per ride?
All good questions. The reception desk in Ozmun East will have all the parking resources you will need, including a map to all the Park N Ride locations. The voucher is to assure you a free ride on the morning you start, because you won't have your permanent badge yet. After that, your Mayo badge is your ticket to a free ride to the Park N Ride location you prefer throughout Rochester.
Does that apply to the city bus as well?
Indeed it does! Just show the voucher to the driver of any bus line you'd like to take downtown to attend Mayo Clinic Orientation. Once you are at orientation, be sure to stop by and visit with the transportation folks and they can talk to you about getting a bus pass to take the city bus on a regular basis.
