rent/roommate in early October- Rochester

Hi there, I will be starting as a Registered Nurse at Saint Mary's Hospital in Rochester Minnesota in October. I am looking for a female roommate that would like to start a lease around October 1st. I have looked into a couple top apartments near the hospital (Preserve on Maine and SoRoc) also a house right next to Saint Mary's for month-month rent or longer lease (negotiable with house owner). The house is owned by a Mayo Clinic employee as well. Let me know if you are interested in looking for roommate.

Hey there! Actually that would work out perfectly and good news we could talk about you starting your lease in November so you would not have to pay rent for October! And Caroline I can talk to the home owner and see if there are any other rooms open for rent too! I plan on reaching out to them today.
