Hi @isaac00729 !!! Good to hear from you! I'm almost finishing the application at The Parker. I've already looked around there by the google maps and seems to be a good area, close to the Mayo Clinic where I'll be most of the time. I'll be choosing the lease month-by-month ( Yes the prices are per month). I will continue to look forward an apartment more avaiable. But for the first months it will fit right, because they have all the furniture, heater and internet is included - the basics right! When do you starts ? Nice to meet you to !!
