Hey everyone! my name is Madison and I am 27 years old. I am going to be starting at Mayo in June. I just signed a lease for a 2 bed 1 bath at Riverwalk Rochester starting May 31st... it is walking distance to Mayo Clinic/downtown Rochester and has a lot of great amenities! My fiance is not moving here until the end of August so I would like to rent out one of the rooms for the summer, if possible... we would need to get written approval from the landlord first but if anyone is interested in doing so, let me know! 🙂
