Roommate Search

Hi Morgan! I am moving to Rochester this weekend, and starting my job in orthopedic-plastic surgery April 8. I'm staying in an Airbnb for a month, potentially two, until I decide where I want to live. I'm definitely open to having roommates! I'd ideally want to be pretty close to downtown, if not actually living downtown. Feel free to message me if you would be interested in talking, or tackling the apartment search together! I'm relocating from Portland, OR so this is new territory for me as well.

Hi All, if anyone is still looking for a roommate, I'm an incoming neurology resident (starting 6/17/19) to Mayo. I just signed a 1-year lease on a luxurious 2BD/2BA unit at Riverwalk apartments which is 3-5 blocks from Mayo Clinic downtown. Rent is $2,499 (total)/ $1,249.50 (per person) and includes gas only. These are brand-new apartments (built in 2018) that have never been lived in before. Hello all! I have a great space for someone looking for a short term rental - will give you time to figure out where you want to live. I lived in an Air BnB for a few months when I first moved to Rochester and I'm glad I did. There are some areas that a female just wouldn't want to live. Private bedroom, I can furnish it with new bed etc if you need, share lower level with a Mayo RN - share large living/dining area with full kitchen, laundry room with brand new washer and dryer, and bathroom. No more than two and I only rent to female Mayo employees. Rent on short-term basis is $695 including utilities. The room opens up on May 1 and will be available at least through end of August.
