Hi Ali! I am a Research Coordinator currently living in Rochester at Quarry Ridge Apartments and am looking for 2 roommates starting June 1st. Rent is around $500 plus utilities. It is a three bedroom two bathroom apartment - one bedroom has a bathroom in it - with a washer and dryer in the unit. There is a shuttle to the Mayo campus for $30 a month, but it is also a reasonable distance to walk. There is parking available for free. If you are interested, feel free to message me.
Hi Ali, I'm an incoming neurology resident (starting 6/17/19) to Mayo also looking for a roommate. I just signed a 1-year lease on a luxurious 2BD/2BA unit at Riverwalk apartments which is 3-5blocks from Mayo Clinic downtown. Rent is $2,499 (total)/ $1,249.50 (per person) and includes gas only. These are brand-new apartments (built in 2018) that have never been lived in before.
