Looking for housing-Rochester

Hi, I am a 26yo French resident, coming to Mayo Clinic as a research scholar for a year starting October 21st. I am looking for a place to live, preferably with roommates. I am clean and friendly, and would love to share my time in Rochester with other people. If you have any leads, please let me know!

Normally roommates stay for a couple of years, It is my house so I am permanent. I have one huge room available for $525/mo plus share of utilities. There are 2 females, one student and I am a professional working woman/. We share the laundry room, kitchen, living room and sunporch. You would share a new large bathroom and a refrigerator with the one female. It is in a quiet neighbor within walking distance of the Mayo and the Mayo bus stops right in front of the house. We are also 1/2 block from Quarry Hill Park with its nice walking trails, nature center, etc.

I am looking for 1 more housemate, I am a working professional and have 1 available huge bedroom available. As I have 2 refrigerators, you would share a refrigerator, large bathroom, living room and kitchenette with one other female. We .all share the other kitchen, laundry room and sun porch. It is close to Quarry hill park, approx 1.5mi to Mayo and the Mayo bus stops right in front. A quiet, safe neighborhood. Deborah.
