Bedroom available in 4BR Townhome mid-November

Two rooms are opening up in our 4BR townhome in November and December. The roommate who will be staying is a research fellow at Mayo, and I work as a PCA in neurology while I go to school. The apartment is at Grandeville at Cascade Lake (owned by iret), located in SW Rochester, a 5 minute walk to the employee West Lot, providing free shuttle service to Saint Mary's and Downtown Mayo, and is also right next to a lake with a walking path (very pretty sunsets!). Also included are a gym, pool, basketball court, and dog park. Rent is approximately $420 and the utilities come out to about $50 per month iirc. I do have a dog, so unfortunately no other animals are allowed at the property. I am into outdoor stuff (when I have time), cooking (I'll make you food!), and mixology (you can test my creations!). The other roommate, Rishi, isn't home a lot but is sociable. I only ask that you like dogs, are reasonably clean and considerate, and friendly! It would be great to get a researcher / resident to nerd out on medicine, or a nurse to talk about the finer points (toileting and behaviors) of patient care.
