Housing/ sublease-2br 5 min walk from saint Mary’s

Hello,
I’m moving out next month and I am looking for someone to take over my lease. I have a two bedroom , 1 bath duplex for rent with a 1 car garage and driveway parking. The home had a washer/ dryer in unit. The home is a minute walk from the saint Mary’s campus. The rent is 925$ I lived without a roomate cause I could afford and less of a headache. Let me know if you’re interested, I can rent it out by November 1st or else the landlord will find someone else and probably raise the price because of the location. All friendly neighbors, residents and nurses and long time home owners.

I have a 4bedroom 2 bath house and am looking for 2 roommates for $650 & $625 all utilities & internet included. You would share a bathroom with one other person.
