Looking for some roommates!

Hi! My name is Lauren Hunter. I am currently a Preboarding Coordinator at Mayo Clinic. I'll be moving to Rochester in December and I'm looking for some roommates - the more the merrier since I know that rent in Rochester is a little expensive. I'm a super chill and easy person to get along with. I love having fun, being outside, and trying new things but I also really enjoy staying in and cooking, and whatnot! I lived in Rochester over the summer for a few months for an internship so I'm very familiar with the area. I have lived with roommates all throughout college so I understand the importance of keeping things clean. Please feel free to message me if you're interested! 🙂

I am currently looking at a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment at SoRoc apartments. Rent would be about $1845 so about $615/person. Utilities usually run about $100 a month. There is a parking garage, fitness center, pool, hot tub. It is a fairly new apartment complex. I lived here over the summer and absolutely loved it. Please message me for details!

I am looking for 2 roommate/housemates. I have a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house which I would like to share with 2 others. The 4th (smallest) bedroom is my home office. There is a laundry room with washer , dryer and 2nd refrigerator, off street parking, 2 living rooms and the Mayo bus stops in front. It is in a quiet neighborhood, near the park. $650./ month includes utilities & internet.
