Room + private bathroom available!

Hi all!

I moved to Rochester the last year and I recently leased a 2BR/2BR at Woodridge Apartments. The apartment is on the 3rd level and very cozy with a nice view. Washer/dryer are in-unit. I'm looking to rent a room with a private bathroom (ensuite bathroom) and a large walk-in closet, you only share the kitchen and living room. I also have a brand new full size bed-frame and a mattress that I'm willing to provide with the room as well. The apartment complex is very quiet and it has a lot of amenities (fitness center, sauna, hot tub, pool, community room, parking spaces available, etc.). Mayo west shuttle lot is also located across the street (5 mins. walk) you can walk over and ride the shuttles to both St. Marys and to downtown. They run very often in the busy morning and afternoon hours so even if one is full, you can catch the next one within 5-15 minutes. Usually that is not necessary as you can stand on them when the seats are full. Rent is $650/mo includes high speed internet, you pay a share of utilities. I'm a research fellow at Mayo and I'm not home most of the time. I'm looking for someone considerate, friendly and clean.
