Hello, I am looking for a female to take over my current lease at the metropolitan market place (above people's food co-op) in a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment will be available in December or January (flexible). The location is awesome. You have a grocery store and a pizza place just below and mayo clinic is literally 5 min walk. My roommate is awesome and friendly. She is a predoctoral student at mayo clinic. Washer, dryer, cable, utilities (except electricity) included. No need to pay deposit. Rent is $ 901/month.
