Hi there, I am looking for someone to take over my lease. It’s a two bed two bath apartment, it’s about 10 mins from mayo and there is a bus stop super close. I have a roommate who is a student at Mayo. She has two cats. Rent it’s about $660 a month. Lmk if interested!

Springs on south broadway the complex was built within the last few years I believe and the lease is up in May
