I have vacated my 2 bed 2 bath apartment in the civic square apartments which is a 10 minute walk from Gonda and 2 minute walk to the nearest skyway access. This apartment will be available right now. This is not a sublease. You would have to sign a lease with the management. The rent is 1195 plus gas and electric. The apartment is pet-friendly. Feel free to ask for more details.

The water is included in the rent. My heat and electricity used to come around 20 to 30 bucks each depending on the use
