I think Rochester Athletic Centre (or RAC) is the place to be. I toured it with my wife when we were in Rochester for House Hunting. I am also a newbie. There is also an Employee Wellness Centre. I have not seen it. RAC has basketball and tennis as well as pool and fitness.
