ISO roommate. 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment with amenities like off street parking, in building laundry, outdoor pool, workout facility, and small balcony. Rent is $510/month plus utilities. Management is amazing and maintenance is really good about fixing things. Most of the furniture is mine (except for the futon)! I work at an elementary school as a Special Ed Para, which means I need a roommate so I can continue living in Rochester! 🙂 Looking for someone that is tidy.
