Hi Claire! I feel your pain - I moved to Rochester not long ago and found this very difficult to figure out as well. It's a great system, the buses super clean and safe. But the system transport literally about 20,000 people per day so it's bound to be confusing. If you want to PM me with the approximate area you will be living, I will do my best to help you figure it out. I understand it very well now but it took some time.
