The apartment is at Grandeville at Cascade Lake, located in SW Rochester, a 5 minute walk to the employee West Lot, providing free shuttle service to Saint Mary's and Downtown Mayo, and is also right next to a lake with a walking path which connects to the city trail system (very pretty sunsets!). Also included are a gym, pool, basketball court, garage, and dog park. Rent is approximately $420 and the utilities come out to about $30-50 per month iirc, so this is one of the most affordable options in the city. The apartment is pet friendly but they must be well behaved. There is one bedroom open right now and one open in June.

I'm a PCA in the Cardiac Surgery PCU while doing my undergrad in cell biology. The other roommates are a research fellow, Rishi, and a conservation biologist, Briana. A fellow healthcare professional is preferred, as is someone who is reasonably clean and friendly. Any gender or nationality is welcome!

I like to hike, cook, and make drinks every now and then. I have a nice TV / sound system so you're more than welcome to use it. I do have a floofy dog (he's pretty chill most of the time but he will be excited to greet you when you come home!) so I prefer someone who likes dogs and wouldn't mind taking him out very occasionally in exchange for margaritas and cookies.
