There is no reasonably-priced housing in Rochester, MN. The housing market there represents a massive greed-orgy by all landlords, completely unfettered by any governmental regulation. You may do better in some outlying community, but will then have to commute to work. In some outlying communities, there is bus service to Rochester for commuters.
