Looking for a roommate July/August

I'm a new grad hire at St Mary's in respiratory therapy starting this August. I'm hoping to find a place either close to St. Mary's or close to a bus/shuttle. Ideally, would like a place with covered parking!

Hey, I and my fiancé are looking for a furnished double occupancy bedroom near Mayo building. So, how far is your apartment from Mayo building? Would you mind sharing the address to have an ETA by walk?
