I will be commuting from the cities and am looking for a room to rent while I work my 3 shifts a week in Rochester. Something close to the downtown Mayo campus as well as a furnished room would be ideal, but I am open to any offers! Message me if you have anything available! Thanks!

I'm calling it a one bedroom with den (bedroom). My second bedroom/ den is smaller than most bedrooms. Although, it has a closet and will have a single bed.
My home is less than 6 city blocks from Mayo Clinic. It is a block from the Mayo bus lines and easily accessible to bike paths leading to the clinic.
Rent is 575.00 with two tenants. Otherwise, I'd rent the entire until for 900.00 dollars per month. Utilities are seperate and will be split evenly amongst each person living there.
As of right now I have the two bedroom available. I hope to have it filled starting in August. If you'd like, check back in August. If I don't have it rented we can move forward and discuss rent for September.
