West Lot Parking

I am starting on Sept. 28th and I am moving into an apartment within walking distance from the West Lot. I know that I may not be permitted to park in the west lot as a new employee, but if I walk there can I ride the shuttle? Is there a cost for the shuttle?

Go to HR connect> Self Service> Bookmarks> something like "benefits enrollment" or something like that should be under the drop bar under bookmarks. You can only access HR connect on the Intranet (on campus computer).

Hi I am currently in a similar situation. Were you able to figure it out? I start on the 26th and am trying to find a schedule for the busses at the west lot!

I appreciate any help.

Anyone can ride the west lot shuttle as long as they have an employee badge. However, I'm not sure about parking in the west lot, some rules have changed due to COVID.

You can park at the lot. Use this website to figure the location and schedules although the buses can come at any time. https://foursquare.com/v/west-employee-shuttle-lot--mayo-clinic/4d63df422f16b60c9833e5f4
