Looking for housing for two in Rochester area

Hello,

My partner and I are moving to the Rochester area in late December/early January. Unfamiliar with the area and the neighborhoods. We ideally are looking for around 2-3bed/1-2 bath in a good neighborhood within 15 minute drive of St. Mary's (but ideally within walking distance). Willing to consider 6, 12, or month-to-month leases. Anyone have any listings available, or have any recommendations on neighborhoods? Any areas to avoid?

I have a beautiful 2 bed 2 bath, 10 minutes from Mayo, right next to a park and ride, on the Northwest side of Rochester.
