It is a 3 BHK house with a shared bathroom. The house is 5-7minutes walking distance from any Mayo buildings. Me and my roommate work at Mayo Clinic. Our third roommate is moving so, Looking to share our house with a third person. Rent is 300$ plus 15-20$ utilities per month/head. It is an ideal location if you work in Downtown. No lease required. No deposit required. Room available from Jan 1st week.
