Studio_partment or bedroom

Hi!
I m María José, and I m going to Mayo Clinic MN since May to September for research.
I don't have idea how much the accommodation. I prefer alone studio or small apartment, but how much? finally I recibe offers for roomies or something near to Mayo Clinic (walking).
