Short Term Single Bedroom Available in 2 bed 1 bath apt

Hi! I am an employee at Mayo in Rochester looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease from May or June until the end of August when my lease ends. There will be one unfurnished bedroom available in this two-bedroom and one-bathroom apartment. My roommate will remain in the apartment so rent and applicable utilities will be divided in half, typically totaling $550 each month. There is a free parking spot for your vehicle in the lot and free street parking for your guests. Please let me know if you have any specific questions and I will be able to send pictures of the apartment as well!
