Female roommate wanted!

I am looking for a roommate in my move in ready apartment. It’s a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with a shuttle to both Mayo Clinic campuses. Laundry in unit. Garage parking under the complex if wanted. Can also be used for storage!

I have two dogs, so must be okay with that. They would love some more company 🙂 Common living areas are already furnished. Rent is $775 plus split electric. Wifi and water is included in rent.

The apartment complex has two workout rooms in my building, as well as a theater room and a lounge room. The other two buildings have other amenities which we are able to use whenever. There are grills for use and a golf simulator as well. The link is listed below. My apartment model is Juniper. 🙂
