Hi Robert I am a spouse of a Mayo Employee; if I decided not to use her medical insurance this year; can I be added on following years? Without any health checks?

Yes, in a future Open Enrollment, you could rejoin our plan as a dependent of a benefit-eligible employee without a health screening.
