I hope move to Rochester May 1 and am looking for housing for the next year. The closer to downtown the better, but my budget is <1,000/month. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I currently am renting a 4 bedroom 3 bath home in Northwest Rochester and am in need of a roommate. Great neighborhood and close to downtown. Very accessible to Highway 52. Near lots of great walk and bike trails. If interested please message me at cohen045@umn.edu. Thanks
