Room available for rent in Rochester

I am looking for a roommate to take over a bedroom in a fully furnished 2bed/1bath apartment in downtown Rochester. you do not have to worry about any furniture as this place is move-in ready. The apartment comes with a washer/dryer in the unit. The rent is 750 $ and utilities (electricity and internet) will be shared between the two of us.
A little about me, I am a research fellow at Mayo. I am very clean and would like to keep the apartment clean and tidy.
