I am subletting my 1 bed 1 bath in the Berkman starting April 15th. The lease only goes until July 15th but has the option to extend. I love living here but am moving to a different state! Let me know if you’d like more details.

What is the lease payment? I may be interested. I am a new employee relocating from out of state. I could lease from May 8-June 30.
