I need advice...
What is the best way to answer the question "What would your manager say about you" in an interview if you and your manager don't really know each other or if you float a lot on your unit and your manager doesn't get to see your work performance often?

This question is about self-awareness of your working style and performance strengths. Are you organized, cool under pressure, etc. If it were me, I would describe a few of those strengths and describe how I handle challenging situations. I hope this helps!
