RST-- Male roommate or place to rent

HI, my name is William. I am a 26 y.o graduate student at Mayo studying biomedical engineering. I am looking for a male roommate to share an open room in my current place. Alternatively, I'd be open to finding a new place near downtown for June or later if some male wants to go in with me.

My current apartment is only 4 blocks from the DAHLC (Mayo Clinic), which I have furnished. Private bedroom with closet. Shared kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

Washer and dryer in basement shared with one other unit.

Rent: $550/mo., $400 security deposit

Costs of utilities, internet, and snow removal will be shared.
