Looking for Subleaser June 1st, 2021

Hi Everyone!

I am looking for a subleaser for a nice 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment in south Rochester. The lease would be June 1st-end of January. Rent is $1390. Internet and heat is included. Water, sewer and trash is paid for by the tenant which is about 50-60 dollars a month. The apartment has an outdoor pool, 24-hour gym, and an underground parking spot included.
