Yes the townhome allows 2 pets per unit! What type of pet were you bringing! With the pet few it is roughly 650-660 a month. Our trash is built into our rent which changes the total a month. Plus utilities which is anywhere from 50-80 a person depending on season. Let me know if you have more question!
