Hi Macy, I have a room available in a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome in Avalon cove! It will be available July 1st! Rent is 630ish a month plus utilities which is anywhere between 50-80 a person depending on month. It has a 2 car garage and you would be able to park in there! One of the roomies is a nurse and the other is a respiratory therapist st. Mary’s! The lease goes until Jan 2022 with the possibility of resigning! It’s nice and close to west lot for an easy commute to st.Mary’s and downtown!
