Hi there! I'm moving to Rochester around the same time, my start date is August 2nd.

I've found Trulia.com and Apartments.com to be really helpful and there's quite a few places available in July for pretty cheap and within a mile or two of St Mary's.

Are you looking for a roommate ?

I'm looking for a female roommate for a furnished 2BR/BA apt. at Indigo hotel apt, in the downtown.
750$/ month /room. Include utilites except electric and wifi.
There's a direct path inside the bldg skyway to mayo directly for connivence in winter.
6 min walk to Mayo.If you work at Saint Mary's Hospital you can take the Mayo shuttle which in the front of Mayo buliding.
There is close public library and Mayo library you can go to them also through the skyway.
There are near resturants and groceries. Also, close to bus station.
Move in at Augest 1st. The lease is 1 year or more.
