750$/ month /room. Include utilites except electric and wifi.
There's a direct path inside the bldg skyway to mayo directly for connivence in winter.
6 min walk to Mayo.If you work at Saint Mary's Hospital you can take the Mayo shuttle which in the front of Mayo buliding.
There is close public library and Mayo library you can go to them also through the skyway.
There are near resturants and groceries. Also, close to bus station.
Move in at Augest 1st. The lease is 1 year or more.
