Looking for room to rent

Hi,
I am looking for a room to rent so I have a place to stay when I have consecutive days. I have an hour and 30 minutes commute so would like to stay in Rochester some of those days. I only need a room to sleep in and a shower. Laundry availability would be nice.

I'll have a room to rent in December opening up. It's a 4bd 2bath house. I'll be the "landlord" upstairs using the master and other bedroom for an office; I'm 26 male. My friend who is renting downstairs is 32 and female; she has an Alaskan Malamute that is a bit on the older side and friendly. We've both lived in coed houses before. We are pet friendly but have a cat allergy so that's the only no go. Let us know if you are interested. Rent for your situation would be 500, utilities would be a small portion but not split since you are not there full time. I always rent month to month so my renters have flexibility to leave.

Thank you for replying. I probably wouldn't be there a whole lot, maybe more so when the weather is bad. How much are you looking to rent it for?

Hi Lisa, I live in Red 44 apartment its 5 min away from the Mayo Clinic. This apartment is a luxury apartment with Gym, pool, firepit, also have a spot for heated garage, laundry inside our apartment, plus a shuttle to Mayo campus. Smoke-free pet-free home. I will take care of all utilities including high-speed internet. Rent can be shared that comes around 750$/ month.

Hi Sharan. Thanks for the reply but the rent amount is it off my budget. I already have a home in the Twin Cities and mainly looking for a room to rent, where I stay occasionally.
