How is Homestead village for a family?

Can anyone please share any information about renting at 862 homestead village?
Is it good for a family with kids, is it safe? any information or recommendation, please.

They just had a shooting there last night. I don’t advise the SE side of town. That is where a lot of crime happens.

It is horrible. I visited the location and it is so different compared to what was advertised.
