Looking for Room

Hi all, I am a early 20s new RN graduate female looking for an apartment/room starting in July or August. I would prefer to live with other females or by myself, but I am pretty open to whatever. I have been following the discussions as of late, but I'm not sure what's still available and figured I would make my own post. Thank you in advance!

I'm about 8 blocks from the down town campus. I have seperate unit downstairs in my home, with a seperate entrance. It includes a full kitchen, bath, living area and two bedrooms. The laundry is in the common space of the unit which I use on Sundays. I have 2 research students renting right now. One may be moving out in January so I am looking to rent the second room.
