Hello to everyone!
I am looking for a 4-month rental close to Mayo Clinic in Rochester. I will be researching at Mayo from mid February to the mid June. I am open to having flatmates 🙂

Hello,
I have a lower level unit, available in January 2022. There is one research student living there now and has space for one more person. It's a newly remodeled, furnished space which includes your own bedroom, a shared living space, kitchen, bathroom and plenty of storage. We all share the washer/ dryer, which is located in the lower level. My address is csmiller74@gmail.com. I'm happy to send pictures and answer any questions you have. Rent is 750.00 which includes utilities.
My home is about a mile walking distance from the clinic and St Mary's.
