Did you find a place to rent? I have a unit connected to my home with two bedrooms, living room, bathroom and Laundry. I have a research student staying there now. Rent is 695.00 includes utilities. All brand new furniture and bedding.

I will work as a research assistant. I need a room as of March 05, 2022. Where is your house? How far from downtown Rochester? I do not have a car? Is there regular public transportation and shuttle between your home and downtown Rochester?

Hello,
I'm about a mile from the downtown campus. There is mayo shuttle pick up/drop off Depot about 4 blocks from my home/ rental unit. There is also public transportation within 2 blocks.
I'm looking to rent to someone starting in January, if possible. Rent is 695.00 and that includes utilities.

I have a very newly renovated and modern place available. I'm in a quite neighborhood, loved with trees and very close to shopping, public/ Mayo shuttle, parks and bike trails. Please feel free to call or text to discuss further. Rent is very reasonable and I have Laundry in unit.
