This is a newly built apartment in building 3. The floor plan can be found on The Pines website and is known as “The Cypress” layout. Rent is $1599 with a free parking garage space (inside heated garage), with wifi, and water included in rent. My boyfriend and I love living here with all of the amenities that are provided, but we are now looking to purchase a home.

We are looking for someone to sublease early March. Preferably within the first week of March such as March 3rd or 4th.
