What are both of your price points? My husband and I are getting our property ready to list room for rent and we are looking for 3 or 4 Mayo employees to fill it. It's a 4bed/4bath, it is a 7 min bike ride to Mayo Clinic FL and you can also walk there too. It's in Pablo bay.
