Room available for rent starting mid-March

Hello! My roommate and I will have an extra room available in our 3 bedroom apartment (floorplan attached) starting mid-March, end date flexible. It is located at Preserve on Maine in Rochester, MN. Both of us are female, we work at Mayo as research trainees, and we are in our early 20s.

Our apartment is about a 10 minute drive from downtown Rochester/St. Mary's, and it offers a free shuttle service that goes between our apartment and downtown Rochester/St. Mary's. The shuttle runs every hour Monday-Friday from about 5am to 9pm.
